Daw's Home Furnishings' selection and customer. service is awesome!!!! I was looking for something special, and I never thought I would find this special recliner, and at Daw's I did. After going to different retailers and experience poor customer service, trying to sell me other items than what I was looking for. I thought my day was over, and then something told me to look at one more store, and the funny thing is that I passed Daw's earlier that day...so I finally made it my last stop...and it turned out to be a great stop!!!! First, Daw's had great customer service. The sales person was not pushy and he made my day when he told me he had that special recliner I was looking for. It was the right color & the right price, and it made me one very, very happy customer. To make my day even better, I got another item I needed for half price. After searching all of El Paso's furniture stores, I can truly say that DAW's has the best quality furniture for the lowest prices. Aside from my biased prior knowledge of this amazing family owned and operated business, they are the kindest most helpful people out there. What a wonderful establishment they have. I moved to El Paso in March of 2013 and was in need of some furniture. I received many flyers in the mail and looked at different couches on Craigslist. Unhappy with what I had seen on flyers, I was in a standstill. I then had the pleasure of meeting one of the DAW'S, who in turn, invited me to come meet the store and see if he could help me in selecting new furniture.
